Norman Robert Maskery

Norman Robert Maskery

Norman Robert Maskery, 74, of Moncton passed away peacefully on January 30th, 2024 at the Dr. Georges L.-Dumont Hospital with his fiancee by his side.  Norman was born on August 12th, 1949 in Vancouver, BC, the son of the late Donald and Dorothy (Booth) Maskery.
Norm moved to Moncton about five years ago.  He met and had a special relationship with his best friend, Linda MacCoubrey.  Norm had a hard life but was fortunate to find his Lord and Saviour and turn his life around.  He felt so blessed for the support of his family and friends.  His testimony was a great way to show others that life can get better with Jesus in it.  He would want everyone who believes in the Lord to help others and not judge them because of their situation.  His message was clear and he saw the benefits of reaching out to those who were affected by addiction and needing help. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" - 2 Corinthians 5:17
He will be deeply missed by his fiancee, Linda MacCoubrey of Moncton; his son, Jason Maskery (Sarah); sister Joy Acheson (Rob) and brother, Dave Maskery all of Ontario.  He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and all his extended family and friends.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers Mark, Clifford and Ronald
There will be a Celebration of his Life on Wednesday, Feb.7th, 2024 at 2:00pm at Shekinah Go Place (155 Lester Street, Moncton)  with Cal Maskery officiating.
