Norman Joseph Gerard Babineau
1957-2023
Norman Babineau, 66, of Weldon passed away peacefully on September 9th, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital with his loving wife by his side.
He was born in Kent County on January 26, 1957 the son of
Bertin and Doreen (Delhunty) Babineau.
Norman worked at several jobs over the years, he was a jack
of all trades. He worked in the flooring industry
and worked for security companies but in the last few years was
driving deliveries for Vito's Restaurant.
He loved this job because he enjoyed driving and talking with the
customers. He always had a pocket full of dog
treats for any dogs along the way. He loved dogs, and had a
special place in his heart for Kash, his canine companion,
he was like his child. He would take Kash for
drives whenever he could. He was a true Montreal
Canadiens Fan and would always watch their hockey games cheering them
on. He loved Bluegrass music and recorded a couple cds of
his own. He played the guitar, mandolin and harmonica, he
was very talented. " If there is one thing that is
constant in this world, it's the power of
music."
Norman has left many memories to treasure. Always
remembered, always loved.
He will be deeply missed by his mother, Doreen; his wife,
Rhonda; his son, William (Victoria) of Salisbury. He will
also be missed by his brothers and several nieces and
nephews.
He was predeceased by his dad, Bertin Babineau and by his
in-laws, Lloyd and Helen Kenderick.
There will be a private family service at a later
