Diane Bernadette Kenney

1961-2021

Diane Bernadette Kenney
Diane Bernadette Kenney, 59, of Forest Dale Home passed away on April 5th, 2021 at the Moncton Hospital with her cousins by her side.

Diane was born in Boston, USA on May 28, 1961 the daughter of the late Thomas Paul Kenney and Teresa (Beck) Kenney - Mercer.

Diane was a member of the Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Forest Dale has been her home and family for the past few years, enjoying all the activities and games, with BINGO being her favourite. Diane enjoyed her visits from her brother Michael, especially their birthday gatherings. She had a flare for fashion, makeup, hair and a nice outfit, always liking to be dressed for the occasion. She had a love of music and dancing and enjoyed all the musical movies with her favourite being Footloose and Mamma Mia. She was blessed to have many caring cousins, including Phyllis and Loretta as her caretakers after her mom passed away, always making sure she had what was needed. Diane will be remembered for her great laugh and big smile; she will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

She is now reunited with her parents and sister, Dottie and all those who have gone before her, who will meet at the Heavenly Gates and welcome her to her eternal home. "Going Home"

She will be deeply missed by her brother, Michael Kenney of Hopewell Hill; half sister, Marilyn McCann of Alberta and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents Thomas Kenney, Teresa (Beck) Kenney-Mercer, step-father, Fred Mercer and sister, Dottie.

There will be a time of visitation at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church on Friday, April 9th, 2021 from 1:00-1:45 pm with all COVID regulations being followed. A Private
