Dana Russell Lyman
1974-2015
Dana Russell Lyman, 40, of Edmonton, AB, passed away
suddenly at his residence in Edmonton, AB on July 19th,
2015.
Dana was born in Albert, NB, on December 31st, 1974,
the son of Russell Lyman and Barbara Butland. Dana enjoyed woodworking
and biking. He really enjoyed coming home and keeping in touch with
his family. Having felt blessed to have been home last Christmas to
spend time with all his family and friends which he cherished. Dana
also had a special place in his heart for animals and loved caring for
his feline friend "Chopper". The most important thing to
Dana was his boys, he was very proud of them both. May they remember
the smiles and good times they shared. "What we keep in memory is
ours forever."
He will be deeply missed by his parents, Russell Lyman
(Linda Brewster) of Germantown; Barbara Butland (Tom Furlong) of
Hopewell Cape; maternal grandmother, Jean Butland of Waterside; his
precious boys, Konnor Lyman and Kolton Powers both of Moncton;
half-sisters & half-brothers, Heather DeWolfe of
Riverside-Albert, Evan Lyman (Jillian) of Hopewell Hill, Amanda Lyman
(Everett) of Hopewell Hill, Carly Lyman of Riverside-Albert and
Brandon Collier of Hopewell Hill; his step-sisters and step-brothers,
Teena Leger (Dennis) of Grand Barachois, Shanyn Horsman (Colby) of
Berry Mills, Trevor Furlong (Lisa) of Shediac Rd. and Ryan Furlong of
Moncton. He will also be missed by several nieces, nephews, aunts,
uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his step-mother, Darlene Danahy;
paternal grandparents, Raymond and Lila Lyman and maternal
grandfather, Henry Butland.
He will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home
with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4, 7-9pm. The funeral
service will be held from the Albert County Funeral Home on Wednesday,
July 29th, 2015 at 2:00pm with Rev. Carol Mullin officiating.
Interment will be in the Mountain View Cemetery, Lower
Cape, NB.
