Hulda Grace (Berry) Milton
1935-2014
Hulda Grace Milton, 79, of Albert Mines went to be
with her Lord and Savior on September 9th, 2014. She passed away at
the Moncton Hospital with her loving family by her
side.
Hulda was born on May 14, 1935 the daughter of the
late Burpee and Grace (Steeves) Berry. She was a housewife and mother
and took great pride in looking after her home and family. She was a
faithful member of the Albert Mines Baptist Church. Hulda was the
treasurer for the Albert Mines Baptist Cemetery for several years.
Hulda enjoyed spending time with her beloved husband, travelling all
over Canada and the US in their camper. She also enjoyed knitting,
quilting and will be remembered for her delicious home cooking.
"See the new life I am beginning and not the one I have
ended."
She will be deeply missed by her devoted and caring
husband of 55 years, Killam Milton and her cherished daughter, Mary
Kim Milton of Hillsborough; sisters, Barbara Chapman (Don) of Moncton
and Burla Dempsy (Carl) of St. Paul; brother-in-law, Blair Steeves of
Forest Dale Home. She will also be missed by several nieces and
nephews, great nieces, great nephews and by all of her extended family
the Miltons and Berrys.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sons,
Talbot and Stephen; brothers, Waldo, John, Roy, James, Fred, Rupert
and Bob; sisters, Thelma and Marion.
The family will be meeting with relatives and friends
at the Albert County Funeral Home for a time of sharing memories and
fellowship on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The Memorial Service and
Celebration of Hulda's life will be held at the funeral home on
Friday, September 12th, 2014 at 2:00pm with Rev. Jim Rae officiating.
Donations to the Albert Mines Baptist Cemetery, Heart
and Stoke, or to the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly
appreciated.
