Katherine Rourke Steeves
1922-2012
Katherine Rourke Steeves, 89, widow of the late Bradford Steeves, of Hillsborough passed away on July 7th, 2012 at the Moncton Hospital with her family by her side.
Katherine was born in Moncton on November 25th, 1922 the daughter of the late Walter and Mary (McNaughton) Cosman. She was a housewife and beloved sister and aunt.
She will be missed by her several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bradford Steeves; brother, James "Bud" Cosman and sister, Frances Hopper.
Honoring Katherine's own wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service. She will be laid to rest at her husband's side in Grey's Island Cemetery, Hillsborough. The family would like to invite relatives and friends to join them at Katherine's home, 64 Pleasant Street, Hillsborough, on Saturday, July 14th, 2012 from 2-4 pm for a time of sharing memories and for refreshments.
