Amber Mae Steeves
1983-2018
Amber Mae Steeves, 34, of Moncton passed away unexpectedly on February 19th, 2018 at the Moncton Hospital.
Amber was born in Moncton on June 23rd, 1983 the daughter
of Martin Steeves and the late Cheryl (Alcorn)
Steeves.
Amber had an outgoing personality and worked as a
Communication Sales Specialist. She enjoyed getting pampered
and going for her manicures and pedicures regularly. She
also loved to shop whether it be shopping for clothes, makeup, or
decor items for her home. She often remodeled her rooms and
loved changing the paint colour and making it her own. She
enjoyed travelling down South and sitting on the beach soaking up the
sun. She never had any children of her own but had a very
special bond with her niece Delaney. After losing her mom at
a young age, Amber lived life to the fullest and understood the
importance of her family. She would want her family to
remember the happy times and cherish the memories. Her
message would be " Life is too short and tomorrow is not a
guarantee. Do what makes you happy, be with those that make
you smile and love life."
She will be deeply missed by her father Martin Steeves
(Chris) of Weldon; sister, Lindsay Kane (Adam) of Riverview; treasured
niece Delaney Mae Kane. She will also be missed by several
aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
She was predeceased by her mother, Cheryl (Alcorn) Steeves
in 2008.
She will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with
visitation on Thursday from 1:00-3:00pm prior to the
service. A Celebration of her life and service
will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 at
3:00pm with Rev. Dean MacDonald officiating. Interment will
be in the Grey's Island Cemetery, Hillsborough at a later
date.
