Justin Gerald Frederick Steeves- Manning

He was born on June 26, 1971 and lovingly raised by his grandparents,  Ida and Gerald Steeves of Edgett's Landing. 

 

He lived in Oshawa for the past 22 years and worked as a mason.  He had a special place in his heart for Albert County and even though he moved to Oshawa he always talked of Albert County as home. Justin was a hard worker and loved kids,cats and wolves.  He had many buddies and they knew if they needed anything he would be there for them.  He was a very private person and never wanted anyone to make a fuss over him.  He will be remembered for his wicked sense of humor and sharing his stories of all his adventures.  " Treasure the Memories"      

 

He is survived by his mother, Kathleen; sisters, Kelly Steeves and Sayward Gould; nephews, Keenan, Liam, Brennan, Brody and Dion all of Halifax. Besides his grandparents, Gerald & Ida Steeves, he was predeceased by his father, Frederick A. Manning.

 

Honoring Justin's own wishes there will be no visitation but a Memorial Service to celebrate his life will take place on August 16th, 2017 at the Albert County Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Pastor Paul Steeves officiating. 

 

The family will be meeting with relatives and friends following the service for further sharing of memories and for refreshments at the funeral home.
