Kathleen was born in Hillsborough on June 15th, 1926, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella (Mitton) Tower.
Kathleen resided most of her life with her sister, Geraldine and brother-in-law, Donald and their family.  She never married or had any children of her own but had a special bond with her nieces and nephews.   She went to the Forest Dale Home and it became her home for the past 14 years.  Kay became close to a lot of residents and their families.  She enjoyed the activities at the home and always liked to participate, especially bowling and bingo.  She also enjoyed the many outing they went on, the annual trips to the Albert County Exhibition and also annual trips to the mall for Christmas shopping.  Kay cherished the simple things in life and always had a sweet smile or a shy hello for everyone she met.  Her faith was also very important to her and she is now at peace with her Lord and Saviour.  "Going Home"
She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews; Heather (Richard), Susan (Hugh), Joanne (Donald), Jeff (Juanita), Donald (Darlene), Linda, Nancy (Dwight), Doreen (Conrad), Judy, Ronnie (Sharon), and Thelma.  She will also be missed by many great nieces and nephews; many great-great nieces and nephews and by all other extended family and friends.

(Donald) and Pearl; brothers, William "Bill", Labin and John; nieces Joy and Mildred and nephew, Gerald.
